Holding a Master’s degree in Business Law and a University Diploma in Anglo-American Law (University of Cergy-Pontoise), as well as a Master’s degree in International Law (Portland, USA), Angélique has worked in international environments within both banking institutions and large corporate organizations.
She now supports executives and acquirers in managing their corporate governance and contractual matters.
