François holds a DJCE (Business & Corporate law master’s degree) from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Admitted to the Paris Bar, he is a member of the National Association of In-House Counsel (Association Nationale des Juristes d’Entreprise) since 2015.
François primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and private equity, as well as on business litigation.
