Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a University Diploma (DU) in Anglo-American Law, and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Aix-Marseille University. He is also an auditor of the 110th IHEDN Young Leaders cycle.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Guillaume advises both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on investment matters.
