Who is responsible?
Incorporate in France is a service by Lancier Avocats. For enquiries about your personal data, use our contact form or write to 136 Avenue de Villiers, 75017 Paris, France.
When you send an enquiry
We process your name, email address, telephone number, country if supplied, service or collaboration of interest and message to respond to your enquiry. For partnership enquiries, we also process the firm or organisation you provide. These details help us assess your request and prepare a meeting, engagement proposal or collaboration discussion. Please do not include confidential files, identity documents or sensitive information in the initial form.
The enquiry form sends these details to the firm by email using Resend. The form does not create a visitor account or save a marketing profile in this website. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect these services.
Purpose and legal basis
We use client enquiry details to take steps at your request before a potential engagement. Our legitimate interests support responding to professional partnership proposals, proportionate security and administration. If you become a client, contractual, professional and legal obligations apply to the matter and its records. We do not use the enquiry form to enrol you in a newsletter.
Appointments
The booking links open Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly handles the information you provide under its own privacy notice. No Calendly widget is embedded on this website.
Recipients and transfers
Information is used by the people handling your enquiry and by the providers needed for contact, email, appointment booking and website hosting. It is not sold. If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, applicable data protection rules require an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for the time needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship. Records needed to meet legal or professional obligations may be kept for their applicable retention periods. Contact us if you would like information about the retention of a particular enquiry.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Use the contact form or write to the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies and technical data
This website does not embed advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts and photographs are served with the website. Hosting may use essential security or access cookies and process technical logs. Links to external services lead to websites with their own policies.
